We would like to share with you some of the work we have been doing to improve the Jubilee-Online Communication Solution. 2003 was a busy year, and we made quite a few enhancements and upgrades to the system. Many of these improvements resulted from ideas and feedback contributed by our clients.
Below is a list of the improvements made to Jubilee in 2003.

OCS Program Changes
- You can now assign editors to a specific section or sections of the site. For example, if you assigned the youth leader to the 'Youth Ministry' section, they would only be able to post and edit articles in that section. They would not be able to add or edit content in other areas of the site such as a 'Pastor's Message' section.
- Correspondents now select an editor when submitting an article instead of a section. This allows editors to be assigned to the same section plus it allows a correspondent to be assigned to more than one editor.
- The e-mail to a friend feature was enhanced to show the site name and headline in the subject line of the outgoing e-mail.
- Special-character handling was improved: When you copy and paste from other programs (Quark Xpress, Pagemaker, Word) Jubilee will automatically convert special characters like curly quotes and dashes to standard format.
- The formatting of the archive search page on the site was simplified.

Feedback Upgrades
Feedback moderation was enhanced so that incoming feedbacks can be managed by more than one person. You can also go back and change the status of an approved feedback in our Web-based Manager tool. In addition, "Next" and "Previous" buttons were added on the site to browse feedback posts.
